Hello, World

At final last, I have made a website. Woo-hoo!

You may have seen me online, or we may have even chatted before; or, you may not know who I am at all, in which case, let me introduce myself.

My name is Sara, and I’m your resident YA and Adult writer.

I discovered my passion for writing when I was the ripe age of 13 (or was it 12?), and I haven’t stopped doing it ever since then. That’s over half of my life now. Creating worlds and weaving stories has always been my escape, and I found myself enjoying it so much that I strived to get better at it. To improve. It wasn’t until very recently that I decided I was finally ready to share those stories with the world.

And here I am today, happy to share that I’m slowly but surely progressing towards that goal.

I have several completed manuscipts spanning across genres, and am currently working on another two projects.

I am represented by a literary agent now, the lovely Sobi Dee Burbano at LCS Literary, who is the champion for these books and helps me elevate them to magical stories.

And most importantly, I have ideas. So many of them that I wish the days were longer than 24 hours.

This is my very first blog post and I’m writing it as an introduction, but also as a reminder to myself to stay consistent and keep going. Sara in 2022 wouldn’t even suspect that she’d be agented, with her manuscript in the hands of editors, writing more books than ever, aiming to get them published. But here I am now - Sara in 2024 - doing exactly that, and more.

So here’s to working hard and dreaming big. And until those dreams start coming true, I keep writing.
